Hook, Line, & Sinker Program
Volunteer Position Description
“Many go fishing all their lives without knowing it is not the fish they are after.”
Fishing is woven into the fabric of outdoor family tradition for many Michiganders but is slowly becoming less prominent as kids have a myriad of other activities available that take them away from the great outdoors. Fishing Program Assistant volunteers play a key role in helping the Visitor Center provide quality fishing programs for youth to engage them in getting outside.
